Every listed price is a starting range. Materials, access, and job complexity can move the number up or down. You will never be billed a surprise amount — we quote first.

We price the actual job
If the work is straightforward, you’ll get a written quote quickly. If we need to see the space, we’ll schedule a short look-over — still no charge for the quote.

You approve, we schedule
No work starts until you say yes. We pick a time that fits, show up ready, and stick to the agreed scope unless you add something on site.

Session time & overages
Cleaning and errands are billed per session of up to two hours. Longer jobs continue at an hourly overage rate, which we will spell out in the quote.

Height, weight, masonry, wiring, extra trips, or a piece that fights back. Large mirrors, complex furniture, full entertainment walls, and sessions that run long.
Materials
If you supply the parts, we install. If you want us to pick them up, we’ll add the receipt plus a small run fee — always listed in the quote first.
